Contacts

Grant County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bail, or obtain an official booking record. Contact the responsible public office directly for those actions.

Official Record Contacts

Choose the office by the record needed. The Jail handles a current local-custody question. The Sheriff's Office receives a request for a Sheriff-held booking or arrest record. Court and dispatch records have separate custodians. The Sheriff has no published records-unit schedule, online request form, dedicated records email, fixed booking-record fee, or guaranteed production time, so use its telephone route rather than assuming public counter hours.

For a Sheriff request, give the person's name, a useful date range, and any known incident or case reference. Oregon's ORS 192.324 generally requires a written-request acknowledgment or completion within five business days, then completion or an in-process estimate no later than ten business days after that deadline. It is a response rule, not a promise that any particular record or photo will be released. ORS 133.870 separately limits law-enforcement release of booking photographs.

The county publishes dispatch prices of $0.25 per ordinary copy page, $3.75 per certified copy, and $25 for public records on CD. Those amounts apply to dispatch records only. They are not published Sheriff booking-record or booking-photo fees. For an adult in Oregon Department of Corrections custody, use the department's Public Records Center or offender-search channels rather than the local jail.
