Grant County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, corrections department, or court. Neither this service nor its advertising partners offers a consumer reporting service or a private investigation service. Information and linked tools may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Nature of the Service
This is a private reference service, not a public-records custodian. It does not store official Grant County booking, jail, court, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a document, or direct an official agency to act.
The service points visitors toward official and independent resources relevant to Grant County, Oregon. It does not replace the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Grant County Jail, the courts, Oregon Department of Corrections, or the office that actually holds a record.
Acceptable Use

- setting credit terms or insurance rates;
- deciding eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit; or
- making any other decision governed by FCRA requirements.
Outside Resources
The service may link to government offices, jail or court resources, corrections pages, legal resources, and outside search services. Those destinations operate independently. We do not endorse their content or control their data practices, terms, availability, or results. Review the terms and privacy statements of each destination before using it.
Service Without Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that information, a link, or a search partner's result will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at a particular time.
- Official records and custody status can change after a page is published.
- A public office can change a contact, fee, or online interface without notice.

Oregon Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oregon, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Severability
If a court finds one part of these Terms & Conditions invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective. The invalid part will be interpreted or limited only as needed to make the remainder enforceable.
